Refund policy

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us to initiate a return.
  • If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, first return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
